If you have the option to go anywhere else, GO ANYWHERE ELSE. This place has rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful staff with attitude. We arrived with there only being one other person besides ourselves and our baby, the front desk lady had us check in on our phone, and we sat down in the waiting area. We waited more than a normal amount of time, about 40+ min for there being only TWO people. And at some point you’d figure the front desk would give you a heads up or go check and see how long the wait would be before we were seen, but the only time she got up was to walk out and go to KFC to get food? After we finally got called in, the nurse that called us into the room and already had an attitude after my husband asked if our baby and I could come into the room, made a weird facial expression as if it was such a rude thing to ask. After we were directed to go into the room and wait for the doctor, we were then again made to wait even longer though we were the only ones now. Another 25-30 min wait, we decided to go ask a nurse how much longer and she interrupted halfway with a sassy “Can I help you?”, the doctor that was going to see us ALSO being in the room, snapped “I’m reviewing your chart I’ll be in there in a second”. Waiting back in the room, another 5-7 min wait, doctor finally comes in aggressively and asks my husband, “—alright so what seems to be the problem?” After we describe the problem and how painful it is, we just get slapped with a “it’s nothing serious, we can send you to get an xray but it’s nothing”, then walks out of the room laughing. We get up and gather our things to leave and as we are searching for the way out we ask out loud to the other nurses “ how did we get out of here?”, just for us to turn around and see them not even paying attention, faces glued to their computers. If I could leave zero...
Read moreMy son went to this location yesterday, Sunday, after being sick and feeling worse since Friday. He tested positive for the flu and the provider told him that it was too late to prescribe him anything and even if they did prescribe Tamiflu it would cause diarrhea and could make his symptoms worse?? I have been a nurse for 28yrs and have never heard that it would make your symptoms worse and it's not too late if your onset of symptoms is within 72hrs. It should be the patient's choice. If you're not going to prescribe him Tamiflu then at least give him something to help him sleep like prescription strengh cough medicine. He was given a note to excuse him from work for 1 day, today, Monday. Anyone knows that 1 day is not enough if your onset of symptoms is on Friday. He called to get an extension on his note since he still had a fever and was feeling bad and was told he would have to pay another $50 copay to be reevaluated. Reevaluated for what, still having the flu!! The provider was at fault and should have written a note for the appropriate length of time. I called to talk to someone about it and was told the same thing so I called the manager and left a vm. She called me back and said she would call the location and see what she could do to help my son. Shortly after I received a call from someone named Desiree informing me that he would be able to pick up a note to excuse him from work until fever free for 24 hrs without taking medication. THANK YOU!! My son is 21, working hard and going to school, he doesn't have the money to spend on worthless visits to an urgent care facility. Thank you to the manager for returning my call, showing kindness and taking the time to help us out. I...
Read moreDO NOT GO HERE. After showing up on 2 different occasions and being told we can’t be seen, this place is ridiculous. Last night my husband drove to the Lacy Lakeview location, walked in at about 7:35 and was told” we aren’t taking any patients after 730pm”, even though they don’t close until 8pm and there was no one else in the waiting room, and no other cars in the parking lot. They confirmed there were no other patients to be seen, but still would not see him. There was no where else to go besides the ER, For a strep throat swap and getting antibiotics started, we didn’t go to the ER for that, as its not a true emergency, so had to wait until the net day, and plan to go somewhere else. **Another instance is we were told to go get checked out at urgent care after a moderate car accident, only to be met with the response rudely at the front desk of “we don’t do that here , you have to go to the ER” Later come to find out the reason was its because they will not do third party billing to the collision insurance. Well, we can take of that on our own but we were told they wouldn’t see us. There is a big different and complete lack of proper communication on their part. And did NOT explain this to us when we were there. We got that information from a different location. The staff here are short , rude, and extremely unhelpful. Show absolute disregard for patients, and extreme lack of compassion and care for the people that are coming in for help. They appear very annoyed to be at their job , and treat people terribly. And apparently don’t actually want to earn anyone’s business since they turn them away every...
