Rudest staff. Took the kids here and was planning on getting them a treat. We went to the play room to put our stuff down & the kids took off their shoes so I decided to wait to order. Then we went up front to use the restroom before ordering & the lady in the lobby asked rudely if I was planning on ordering anything or not. Like first off there is absolutely zero reason to be that rude. 2nd off you have no idea I could have already gone through the drive through. 3rd there wasnt a rule saying we couldn't play unless we ordered first. I decided after the restroom we were leaving without purchasing a thing. The restroom was disgusting and the floors in the playroom were not clean. Worry about your job and not about being rude to people. I clearly had my hands full having kids with me & didn't need the added aggravation. Read moreI went there to eat with my family we gave the female cashier the correct amount money and the female cashier we got our meal and then that female cashier came looking for us DEMANDING $5 cause she said that her register was short and she was yelling at us in front of my 3yrs daughter crying cause she was scared. Cause I'm also a Manger at a autopart store and when a customer doesn't give us correct amount the company take the shot and we don't go to customer demanding for money and my daughter didn't ate her meal cause of female cashier she need to learn how to treat customer and not to demand money just cause she saw we had money inside my wallet like cmon I will no longer go back in there bad company and bad management services yelling in front of my daughter she has NO RESPECT you never get loud in front of kids. Read moreI don’t know where to start. My order was good but the service was not. I was just there and this review is only for the manager and the cashier on April 23 @2pm. You took this lady’s order who did not speak English very well and she had 5 kids. That was extremely cruel of you. There was no reason to yell at her. She did not do anything wrong. You just did not have the patience or the respect to try to communicate with her. Moreover, that gesture you did by raising your hands and throwing them up in the air and saying that you can’t take this order is unprofessional and immature. I understand there was a language barrier but that does not give you an excuse to treat her the way you did. As for the manager, a skill you should already have acquired is patience .
