Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Bellmead

I have attempted to get food from Jack and the Box 4 times since I moved to Texas three out of the four were horrible experiences and I was not even able to collect the food the third time that I tried I actually did get my food and it was good the other four times I was greeted by somebody that would say something like oh their systems were down or they wouldn't know what they were doing and literally get up the window and everything was completely terrible it is ridiculous that a company like this could exist please if corporate Jack and the box is reading this I like to talk to you guys this is completely absurd do something about your company how does this company make any money lastly I'm sitting in front of the stacking box for about 10 minutes now after they told me that their systems were down at 4 when however it was 7 minutes before 4 as a matter of fact when I was told that I pull back out upset that for the 4th time that I could not get my food so I pull around wait to think of what I should do about this as I'm sitting there waiting I'm sitting close to the area that you order food and this is nearly immediately afterwards about 2 minutes had passed someone pulls up they taken order and tell them your total will be in the drive thru moments after they just told me it would be 30 minutes for their systems are back up I do not know why Jack and the Box does not want to serve me I'm very nice to these people every time I treat everybody with respect and dignity and I give everybody an opportunity exactly the same as the next person no two people are treated differently but at this point I'm not sure if I even want to make in the fifth attempt remember this is the third time something like this has happened to me and I've only been to the store...

The man working the ear piece is rude and unprofessional. He told us we were wasting his time when he found out there was a car behind us. We just waited 20 minutes to get to order and then he tells us we are wasting his time and also that only one order per car. 12 minutes later when we finally make it to the window they mess up the order and he comes walking from the back of the store and shrugs and says once again we are wasting his time even tho they didn't get our full order because he was cutting us off while ordering. In the end he had to make two orders anyways to fix his mistake and three of the burgers still came out wrong. I don't know his name because he only ran his mouth over the mic and in the back of the store but never had to deal with us at the window. He's been here the past few times I've come to the restaurant and he always has an attitude and rushes my order so I know it's not just because it was Thanksgiving. I stopped to get some Jack in the box tacos I hadn't had since I left California in 2002 to live in North Carolina until I got here to Waco, Texas so I thought I'd try some today! It brought back memories many nights getting off work as a nurse and stopping for tacos & a soda to just unwind. There was a young man helping at the drive up and he saw I had my 12-year-old little dog in the car and I don't have air conditioning so the windows were down but she is the breed that has hair like people so she she gets overheated and bless his soul. He came back with some water for her with a few ice cubes in it and she loved it and so did I. I tried to call but no one answers the phone.
