I ordered a particular type of bracelet that is not made through the original business at this online store. After receiving the bracelet, it came slightly damaged. This was a sentimental replacement from my personal collection that recently went missing - so I was looking forward to having a new version of it. I reached out to the store on Instagram and explained the situation. I am not from this area and went to look at this exquisite shop. They had the most beautiful items, and reasonable prices. We were the only ones in there this am. I asked about a certain artist that no longer has her items there and I know why.
