I’ve used this company twice in a year, the first time he was on point with great service and fair pricing. The second time was an emergency, I gave him a Windows 10 computer to upload additional software on, he said the software wasn’t compatible so he had to change it to windows 7, and he had a computer for me to have a backup on. The internet nor email worked on either computer, they were both slow as Christmas, the one he sold me as a backup needed a battery, and I couldn’t add printers. I sent him a message about the problems, it took 13 days to get a response of “I guess you don’t need me”. Of course by then I’d taken the computer I provided him to someone else, had everything he installed removed, windows 10 reinstalled, and the other software installed, it worked perfectly.
