I came into the store one night and a gentleman sold me what I thought was the replacement tanks to my mod; well when I paid for the items and then opened it in front of him; and I showed him it didn’t fit. Well the Female manager was called and she offered me %20 off my next purchase for scamming me! Then when I went back at a later time; The Manager in question was there along with the other store manager. He came out the store yelling at me; without even talking to me: Instead that idiot had me banned! They even scammed a Dr. at the same time because that person got the same mod I did. But they claimed to be getting replacement tanks in: and they were never ordering them from the beginning. There staff is NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE AT ALL! I really enjoy shopping at this location. The store always smells so good, it's very clean, and the couple employees that I've seen at night, are very sweet. It was a nice surprise to see Traci working there. She worked at another shop a while back. I didn't see her anymore, always wondered where she went. She has always went above and beyond to help me. The other girl that works there at night, she is very sweet as well. I believe her name is Lexi. Hopefully one day I can meet the day time staff. Since I can only come in after work at night.
