The jewelry is nice and feminine. The customer service at the company is horrible. I returned items that didn’t have the quality that I expected or were difficult to take on and off (hoops and Huggies) and I was informed that because I only used one return label for two returns that I will not get my full return. This is unacceptable. The two returns are worth more than $1K. I emailed them with both return numbers and the woman on the phone, Maya, just kept talking over me when I was trying to explain that the one package has two orders in it and when I asked when will I know if I will get the full return she said “I don’t know the schedule of the staff that deal with the return, so I don’t know.” Worst customer service.
