The jewelry is nice and feminine. The customer service at the company is horrible. I returned items that didn’t have the quality that I expected or were difficult to take on and off (hoops and Huggies) and I was informed that because I only used one return label for two returns that I will not get my full return. This is unacceptable. The two returns are worth more than $1K. I emailed them with both return numbers and the woman on the phone, Maya, just kept talking over me when I was trying to explain that the one package has two orders in it and when I asked when will I know if I will get the full return she said “I don’t know the schedule of the staff that deal with the return, so I don’t know.” Worst customer service. I adore this place ! I’ve been coming here since they first opened. I exhale every time I walk through the doors. The boutique esthetic is so relaxing. The jewelry is beautiful and well thought out. The pieces make lovely gifts and the price point is amazing ! Everything is wrapped and packaged with love. Beautiful quality unique looking pieces that you can mix, match layer pile on what ever way you like and they look gorgeous. The ladies are so patient and helpful. Horrible customer service and questionable quality. After losing one half of both pairs of Huggies hoops (from set) within six months of purchase because the post doesn’t tightly secure in place, I emailed customer service asking if they’d sell me the mate to each pair. After two back and forth emails, I was essentially told they don’t compensate for lost items (I wasn’t asking for compensation -just to purchase the match to each pair) and basically it was my fault as they never heard of this issue with this product (untrue).
