Hani's Flower Design — Local services in Laguna Hills

In researching florists for an arrangement for my brothers wake I came upon Hani's Flower Design. The arrangement I picked was exactly what I wanted in an arrangement for this occasion, it was tasteful but not funereal. It was an all white arrangement with calla lilies, roses and hydrangea with a large black bow in a black bowl. I wanted to make sure that the arrangement would be abundant with flowers so I paid extra for more roses and the owner assured me that the arrangement would look exactly like the picture on the website. When I saw the arrangement that I had ordered, I didn't recognize it since there were no calla lilies, replaced with an inferior flower, the bow was not a bow but a string of ribbon and the bowl was different than the one in the picture. Stopped by Hani's flower shop this past weekend in search of a flower arrangement to send to a family friend and not only was I completely impressed by the flower arrangement Hani created for me but also by her excellent customer service. Hani took the time to create a big beautiful custom flower arrangement that was later delivered to our friend by Hani. Hani went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She took a picture and video of the flower arrangement that she had created and sent them to me so that I could see what our friend would recieve. My experience with hani was awesome I found her on short notice I was working with another florist for a order that I needed two days in a row I called her late in the afternoon and explain to her the other florist I was working with was horrible I gave her one day notice and I told her what I needed she literally worked with me perfectly to give me everything I wanted I was so specific about what I wanted and she was so understanding to it she text back over and over it wasn’t just short and over honestly I only will be making my flowers from here because the customer service I received not to mention the arrangements that she made for me were absolutely beautiful even better than I want it well worth the money , don’t go anywhere else don’t overthink and trust that she knows what she’s doing just tell her what you want and it will get done...
