I had visited when there was a store wide 60% off sale. I found a pair of ultraboosts and went to check the price of them at the register. They told me they were $72 plus tax (60% off of the full price $180). I decided against them, but I kept thinking about the shoes a week later. I saw online they were still running the 60% off sale so I called and asked if they still had the shoes. They did and they put them on hold for me to pick up later that day. I asked on the phone to verify that they were 60% off and they said yes. I drove an hour to the store from Madison and to my disbelief they went to charge me the full $180. I expressed how frustrated I was with the lack of communication as I had just been told they were still 60% that morning. The store manager said there was “nothing they can do about it” so I left empty handed. Very disappointed and wasted 2 hours...

Entered the store. Two employees looked at us. NEVER said a word. Next employee looked right at me then turned her head. No, she wasn't helping anyone. Now this store had our curiosity up. Looked around a bit more. Few employees laughing and talking amongst themselves. Like seriously????? Who trains these employees? I will never buy anything from this company again. Very easy going staff, they allow you your space to browse on your own, but are sure to have an employee within earshot if you have any questions. Very appreciated, as we had visited another shoe store across the hallway where they were very pushy and crowding, plus the sales associate insisted on calling us "hun" about 20 times, which i found to be intrusive and rude.
