I can't even confirm that this is a "fast food" place....the food was too good.

I had a Philly Cheesesteak Mac and Cheese...and while the place was PACKED...after ordering my food it was brought to me within ten minutes...faster than most "casual dining" experiences I've had. The wait time was amazing for how busy they were.

I've only had the Philly Mac, but most things on the menu piqued my interest, the Buffalo Chicken especially (intending to try that next, I'll certainly be back).

Truly, the staff were the best part...my friends and I had never been there before and most of us didnt exactly know how to order (size choice mostly, we could infer "Mac Daddy" was the largest size but didnt know just how large, no frame of reference) ...but they were awesome and lighthearted - despite how busy they were...

I almost gave this place 4 stars...even though it provides both amazing food, and amazing staff...the length of the line to order would've made it 4 star...but in all honesty, this establishment shouldn't be penalized for a super-busy day.

I'm giving 5 stars on my first impression of this place...I'm looking forward to going back, and would even if my meal weren't as good as it was...super awesome staff and...

The food here is amazing! I highly recommend it! The issue is with ordering online. We always stop and grab food everytime we go past because it really is amazing! We ordered ahead online this time because we couldn't get an answer on the phone. They upcharge items when ordering online, and the worst part is that at the top of the "submit your order" page it says tipping is voluntary and not required. BUT then there must be somewhere else where it is not clear about the tip because as we hit submit, the total increased! Turns out we somehow tipped 10% unwillingly! Now the food is great, but it's basically fast food - ish. These employees are not paid a "tipped wage". If we pick up and things are awesome, we may put some cash in their tip jar. But my food was tipped sideways this time, so by the time I drive the remaining 4 hours home it was less than ideal. No one greeted us as we came in and they weren't busy. There was nothing that would've prompted me to tip $6 for take out that is cooked in the to go container. AND I didn't do it voluntarily.

So while I highly recommend their food, I equally recommend ordering in person or on the phone. SKIP the online...

The memphis mac and cheeseburger mac were pretty delicious. The regular size looks small, but is more than enough. The bread was forgettable. It was tiny and both hard and chewy, at the same time. The most disappointing part was the kids meal. The options are mac n' cheese, mac n' cheese with hot dogs, or a grilled cheese. Even though the takeout menu by the door says they have p,b&j, they don't. They were out of apple slices, so the only side options for kids were chips or a cookie. I declined as I was hoping for something somewhat nutritious. They were also out of chocolate milk (although I asked for white anyways). However, I never got any milk at all and didn't realize it until later (we brought a sippy with water so we didn't miss that we didn't get the milk). So I paid $5.99 for the smallest grilled cheese ever and half a pickle spear. My daughter really liked the pulled pork on the memphis -- it would have been nice to have a kid sized version of the regular options.
