Great Wolf Lodge Condominiums — Hotel in Lake Delton

The water park was great! We had so much fun on all the different water slides and pools. The resort and rooms look like they are in desperate need of repair/maintenance/updates! Our room looked like it was falling apart as did many parts of the resort. Service was ok, not great, mistakes were made by the staff but at least they tried to fixed the issues when we brought it up. I probably would not recommend this place to others in the Dells just because there are so many other places that are better. The rooms wergross. But when we got there it was extremelywarm. Huge downside that they do not accept cash for anything. Water park is small with very limited things to do. We got awaken at 10 to a fire Alarm that a kid triggered. But the alarm kept tripping because they were struggling to turn off the alarm. The quick service was an absolute cluster. We place our order on the app witch was very easy and got a message to go pick up when we got there was no place to pick up your order and staff didn't seem to know what to do. This place is a dump and I know based on what we paid they’re making money like crazy. Filthy is an understatement. Dust everywhere. Literally everywhere…headboard. Pictures. Bathroom dirty. Old hair laying around. Windows/doors/mirrors filthy. My child is having a blast but as a parent l feel guilty for letting him play in filth. Food options limited. Carpet old and stained.
