Today wanted to see if they had a certain shoe size in back due to not being on floor. Found the first associate asked if she could help which happened to be the manager. But she had an attitude right away. Checked in the back and right away said she didn’t have them. I ended up going to check out by her and it got worse. She told us the signs posted around shoes were invalid and we’re changed already. Asked to have shoes ordered and she threw product on the counter. Then went back into the back room and magically found the shoes we asked for the first time. Very rude she talking right in front of customers to other associates about the transaction and laughed while we were walking out.
