T.J. Maxx — Local services in Lake Delton

Have not.been to TJ Maxx in years and rarely shop for clothing. Took 2 pairs of shorts to try on. Was not sure of.the process. Went to the area. Therre were several people messing with things, but wasnt.sure who.was a customer or who worked there. I stood around for a minute or so with noone acknowledging me, so.went to go to a changing room. That is when one of them snapped at me to come back out because I was not following their policy. Apparently I was supposed to hang the items on a specific rack which was actually buried behind another rack, and wait.foe one of the people who who were ignoring me in the first place to count thw 2 items and tag them. There is zero signage indicating.this process. First, I do not like being treated rudely while attempting to spend money in a store, especially not for violating a policy I had no way of knowing existed. Needless to say, I will never, ever, ever be going to any...

Very disappointed, not with store selection, but my compliant is with staff. We were assisted by what seemed to be a new associate checking us out with great difficulty, and not one other staff me ber would help her. She seemed unable to fully check out without having register issues. Meanwhile, three other staff members where chatting with their backs to us while there was quite the line. We asked for our fragile and heavy glass plate chargers to be wrapped and when our associate asked for help, the other experienced associate she mouthed the word NO! We then asked for a box or something to carry the 10 chargers in, and we were told none were avail. The same associate that mouthed NO, rolled her eyes and said FINE while exasperated. She returned with a box that was too small. We thanked her for trying and left. The attitude of the staff and unprofessionalism should be looked at. I will be shopping...

Seemed smaller, thus less selection than other T. J. Maxx I have visited. It was nice to find it in a Mall with a variety of other stores as opposed to a strip mall with fewer stores connected. For being in an Outlet Mall, I didn't find it to have the greatest sales or discount prices. That being said, like all T.J. Maxx stores I have visited, if you aren't looking for anything in particular and you have time to browse, you can, invariably, always find something that is unique, of quality, and of value forthe price... sometime you just have tho o look harder...
