The Fudgery — Restaurant in Lake Delton

Came into The Fudgery to get some delicious ice cream and walked out being mistreated by a lady with long black and red color braids. Now, I've rated this a 1 star because one of the employees there were really rude and didn't have any respect. As I smile and ask so kind for what ice creams I've wanted, her responses towards me had made me question the workers and environment of that place. Some of the employees there were great, don't get me wrong. Can't believe that The Fudgery ice creams are phenomenal but some of the workers there aren't. In no way should anyone and or any costumers be and feel disrespected on. I paid to get something satisfying to enjoy, but I will not ever pay to be mistreated by YOUR employer's behavior again. I have been craving a caramel apple for a month, walked by the shop and the smell got me, then I noticed they had caramel apples! I was over the moon, especially when I seen it had pecans(my favorite nut). Barney(sp) offered me up a fresh dipped apple with pecans and offered to slice it for me! I couldn't have been happier with the customer service and the apple was so good it made my heart happy. My husband, Chris and I ended up leaving with 4 apples total. Made my little stroll through the outlet mall worth it. Thank you!

Disappointed went on Black Friday ordered 3 single scoops of ice cream and .5lbs of fudge. I was rung up at .78 of fudge and charged more obviously. I asked about the difference and was told “ we cut by hand so sometimes we are off”. This might not seem like a big deal but it is to me with inflation and tight holiday budget every penny counts.
