This was not a good experience for me. I am the owner of Dolci Loungewear. I brought my pieces over to Carolyn on Tuesday. She said I’d get a quote right away and I did not until she showed me my sample pieces. My production pieces came back not looking how I asked for them to. They completely did not handle my expensive 50$ pieces with care. I specifically put pieces of tape to show where I wanted my things embroidered and labeled, yet one of them still came back with my logo on the BACK of the bottoms instead of the front like I asked. Not to mention the other side of this very same piece looked like they had made another error with putting my logo on the back AND on the wrong side. So there was an ink stain on my white hand made, ribbed garment that was produced to be SOLD.
I’m well aware that we all make mistakes, we’re human. But today when I came to pick up and I brought the error to Carolyn’s attention she did not even apologize. I expressed to her that all my pieces were delicate and hand made and her response was “then I’d rather not work with you and not do them”
What kind of customer service is that?! You made a huge mistake that probably cannot be undone and don’t even apologize? And still made me pay for it.
Extremely disappointed. She had zero empathy for HER OWN mistake. And then refused to work on the rest of my production. Horrible, horrible customer service. Would not...
Read moreUnfortunately I did not have a good experience. I brought in 8 Polo work shirts to get a 5 letter logo put on. The person at the counter was dismissive and really was not concerned with the font ot style that I wanted. I offered a digitized file from another shop but they dismissed me and said they would handle it. A week later when they said it would be done . I left work early to get there before they closed. And I find out they they have not even started my order. I pick up the shirts the next day, and the logo was totally wrong. After 20 min of proving to them beyond a shadow of a doubt that they made the mistake by sending me the wrong proof. They reluctantly admitted their error. They said they would try to fix it but was not sure if they could. 5 days later I called them because they did not call me and they acted all surprised and said that they are starting it and will let me know the next day. I pick up the shirts and the logo was better . But they said that it will never match because that's how files work. ( in a very snooty way ). The quality was poor. The stitching was not even and I could see the color of the shirt coming through the logo and the thread was loose. I left them another world shirt for a comparison and that did not seem to help. In short. The total lack of good customer service, poor communication, snooty attitude, and low quality is why I gave them...
Read moreI couldn't be more pissed right now. I brought my Detroit Red Wings jersey in to have one of my favorite players name embroidered on it. Upon receiving my jersey I could tell right away that something was wrong. They didn't match the font correctly to how it was supposed to look, and they also didn't have the arch in the name correct. They also forgot to sew the numbers on both sleves. To make matters worse, the lady told me that the jersey could NOT be repaired and was basically ruined, and just to and insult to injury...she tried telling me that the jersey looked fine. When it clearly did NOT. When I originally brought the jersey in the young gentleman kept reassuring me that I would be happy when I came to pick it up, and that it would match exactly how it's supposed to look...obviously not the case. I understand that mistakes happen, but the fact that it can't be fixed and that I'm now out of a jersey is what really has me upset. I think she was still expecting me to pay for it as well. She seemed shocked when I told her that I wasn't going to pay for it. If your looking to have a professional looking NHL jersey done. DO...
