I am a frequent flyer with Starbucks and sadly today was Very disappointing. I placed an order through the mobile app, anticipating walking in to grab my order, and leave on my way. When I approached the door, there was a hand written note informing that I needed to go through the “ Drive- thru to pick-up my mobile order”. The drive-thru had 12 cars waiting coffee ahead of us. While waiting I notice another customer, presumably wanting their mobile order, standing at the locked door, clearly frustrated/mad, and then the door opens and she is handed her coffee. Read moreFirst time customer at this walk-in location. Ordered a iced chai tea latte and a Frappuccino. Two customers waiting in person prior to my order. After approximately seven minutes of waiting was told by a employee it would be a little while for my Frappuccino because "they only have two blenders and like 10 Frappuccino orders". I replied okay. Perhaps if I were told that when I ordered I might have ordered something different. When my Frappuccino was finally ready and they called my name I asked where my chai tea was and he pointed over to the counter where it had been sitting the whole time. I think they shouldn't have made the chai tea until the Frappuccino was almost ready. Probably going to find a different location to buy from...
Read moreAnother poor customer experience. In store putchase with a sandwich. Got it from the shelf, asked for it to be warmed. After about 8 mins I asked for it, told it was in the oven, then the girlgrabbed one from the shelf and put it in the oven. When I asked why she told me it was in the oven, the other girl told me I gave them the wrong one and I said "so I gave you the wrong sandwich that I wanted and it's my mistake?" She replied "yes, but we grabbed the right one" then walked away. I showed the other girl that it scanned on my app correctly and she admitted it was used for a mobile order. I continue to be dissatisfied with Stabucks. Maybe they did it because I was wearing a Black Rifle Coffee...
