I was treated so badly that I am taking it further to T-mobile Customer service sent me a return instructions for 4g cell spot never used, never opened, they agreed the safest way for me to just return with minimal inconvenience was to go to a authorized store. The instructions included the option to take to UP. S.But I thought the store was the safest, and he assured me, of course, they will give you a receipt that you left it with them. They did not. The employee used my phone to send herself email provided by the customer service with the return label that was the only way they were willing to take it. So she has my email, and I have hers. I had to ask to talk to the manager who also put me off and made me wait even to get his business card. That is supposed to be my receipt. I have been business owner 37 years, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a reputable company and I have been a customer for over ten years. I have five lines. When I asked Evelin would she leave a package without a receipt?To prove she brought it, she replied to me as she walked away rudely... No I would take it to the u.P, s, so they would give me a receipt. Turning her back in saying, rude words to me. Was horribly rude? There is no way to describe it. Other than feeling like you just slapped your customer. Evelin is how she spells it? And I will not put her last name because she is not the manager, and I want to protect her privacy. Hector kept saying the words I understand I understand Betty did not give me a receipt. So here is a picture of his card. And the label of the product, the box which was never opened. I will report this to the corporate. If this was my only experience with t mobile, I would run over to verizon, and save I hear about that great special you have, and I need five lines.

MARCUS is an amazing And extremely helpful employee of t-mobile absolutely. As for the manager sarha she is very rude and snaughty She interrupts Her CO- workers and is rude to customers Marcus was trying to help me and she interrupted and was very Unprofessional Inserting herself in the conversation cutting Marcus off and then proceeding to be rude to me and I'm not even sure why? I was there with 3 different people and we all just looked at each other like we didn't know what was going on. Her supervisors need to speak to her about how to conduct herself in a professional manner and how not to be rude to her coworkers. Handled our concerns professionally and very efficiently was able to solve the problem that we came in to the T-Mobile store about about and in a timely manner. Not sure why sarha is a manager there at all? She also interrupted one of the other coworkers a female who was very friendly and having a great conversation with 1 of the customers sarha was quickly dismissed by the customer because sarha inserted herself again in another conversation which she was not a part of When she started talking about her and her husband's boat they take out early in the morning the customer did not seem interested in her conversation he was having a wonderful conversation with the girl that was helping him. He shut her down fast. This lady needs to be reprimanded. Sarha you are rude and Arrogant And no one cares for people who want to brag about the things that they have especially when they were not invited into the conversation. Watching you in the store treat your employees boys like they are your servants your servants are talking to customers like they are children Is embarrassing for you And a shame That t-mobile does not train their managers better. This T-Mobile has TERRIBLE customer service I went in to discuss a deal I saw online previously, I called beforehand to make sure this deal was accurate also. So I went into the store and told the employee, without even checking to see if what I had seen & been told was valid the employee behind the counter literally scoffed at my request and acted as if I was lower than them, then asked if I was sure I wanted to go through with my purchase but the deal was something completely different from the one I was literally told 10 minutes beforehand.
