The instructions included the option to take to UP. S.But I thought the store was the safest, and he assured me, of course, they will give you a receipt that you left it with them. They did not. The employee used my phone to send herself email provided by the customer service with the return label that was the only way they were willing to take it. So she has my email, and I have hers. I had to ask to talk to the manager who also put me off and made me wait even to get his business card. That is supposed to be my receipt. I have been business owner 37 years, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a reputable company and I have been a customer for over ten years. I have five lines. When I asked Evelin would she leave a package without a receipt?To prove she brought it, she replied to me as she walked away rudely... I was there with 3 different people and we all just looked at each other like we didn't know what was going on. Her supervisors need to speak to her about how to conduct herself in a professional manner and how not to be rude to her coworkers. Handled our concerns professionally and very efficiently was able to solve the problem that we came in to the T-Mobile store about about and in a timely manner.
