I bought a vape mod from here as they have the best juice and vape selection in our town BUT after turning the vape on while in the store I learned the mod did not have a lock fire function wich means while I am working and pulling the vape in and out of my pocket I have to turn it on and off everytime and wait for it to load up to take a puff. I asked them if there was any way they could change the mod part out and was told no because it came as a kit with the tank so I offered to pay another $60 on top to replace the tank in the kit with a new one and was told no . I then asked if they could at least give me a discount on a different mod and again no. Moral of the story here is great employees and great juice selection but never buy a mod from them. It's up on the higher end of the price spectrum of what they sell in the store and they will not under any circumstances try to help you if one of their mods in stock happens to be an...

Love this place and the girls that work there. Was there today and a women helped me i forgot her name. I had bought two vapes and the flavor was awful and had been waiting for their shipment to arrive with the flavors I like. She was so kind to exchange them both for me. She didn’t have to do it I was ready to buy a new one but when telling her how horrible the other were and asking advice about the best flavors she offered to exchange them. That’s why I keep driving to this shop that’s farthest away from me because they are the best....
