Danielle was the best. She went above-and-beyond for me in every way. Absolutely amazing and outstanding customer service (especially when the store was out of my favorite - Tuscan Herb - and she helped me find the best substitute possible). The quality of the products is terrific, so whenever I go to Havasu I stop in and buy the stuff I like. PS (to the store owner): I live too far away to be able to just "pop over" there when a new shipment comes in. PLEASE try not to run out of these things, especially your most popular ones like Tuscan herb --- it is simply not possible for some of us to come into town to get them. I was really disappointed about your being out of my favorite. Try doing better inventory management. You SHOULD know how much you need and when you get shipments (in normal circumstances). Maybe you got an unexpected "run" on that particular brand? (if so, then I totally understand). But it's one of your more popular brands, so shouldn't there be more in stock? (just a thought!). Anyway, the store is great in every way except for this glitch. I'm 100 miles away! Now my only choice is to pay for shipping. It would be wonderful if you would waive shipping for out-of-town customers who run into this situation, but I also understand that you are a small business and have to keep your costs...

I have been patronizing this business for years. I love their products. I followed them from their old location to the new. Today I ended my relationship, however. I'm all about supporting local businesses. I use their "loyalty" punch card program. Today, I walked in to have my card punched for last weeks 5 bottle purchase + Specialty tea + shipping of 1 bottle to a friend in IL to learn that under no circumstances would they honor last week's purchase (even with my receipt) ! I spent $168 on merchandise and did so gladly but had forgotten my punch card in another handbag.

I stated that my previous purchase would mark my last. The clerk (non owner) smiled and said, "ok".

Ok.

I think the the "loyalty" concept is lost here. I live in Phoenix and intentionally patronize this business, but will find another vendor relative to the East Valley’s...
