Once upon a time, a loving family cooking from a kitchen food truck (La Carcacha) served up the best "Mexican Street Food." Now open for two years in a location at 2124 McCulloch Blvd. Havasu, AZ., the large portions, best broth, hardy well-prepared meats, and quick, efficient friendly service is the "ToGo to Spot!." A "seasonal menu item, due to the "best time" (nearer towards the end of April) will be serving a handmade Street Corn (Elote) plate. It will surely be a big draw! Hey! They also serve breakfast beginning at 7 am. The tacos, burritos and carne asada fries are fabulous! Their beverages consist of an acceptable variety of cans and bottles to choose from. I’ve been coming to this place since it started as a food truck and moved to this location. The food is always awesome! However, since moving to their location, I find they do not honor the business hours that they have listed. I often go maybe an hour and a half or sooner to their location and find that they are closed with no explanation posted on their door. I have had to make it a habit. Of time which I did again tonight to make sure that they were open If they would be open and they had said yes when I got there, I was closed and told that they were closing early due to a graduation party. It’s not very professional to alter your business hours and not list a reason why on the shop door. Furthermore, the most frustrating thing was that the girl working inside was smiling upon seeing me, trying to pull the door open and finding it was locked. I found that...

We were staying next door at the Days Inn and walked here for dinner. The good reviews were very good. We ordered vegetarian quesadillas with beans and guacamole. The quesadillas and beans were really delicious, but the guacamole was divine, neither of us had ever eaten such delicious guacamole. It was so good that we took another cup with us. We had the leftovers packed up, they tasted just as good cold the next day. If they still had margaritas there now, it would be perfect. Absolutely recommend it.
