Incredibly limited merchandise. It's one of the smallest "Big 5's" I have ever been to. In fact, this specific location should be renamed to "Big 5 Jr." or "Small 5." Also, it was difficult to get someone to help. The staff were too busy talking to one another instead of helping their customers. I, for one, wasn't able to find what I was looking for, which every Sporting Good store should have in stock. However, when I was able to finally get a staff members attention, they had no clue what I was talking about. Fly fishing gear and small 3 lb anchor. Read moreMy husband and I went there to find pickleball shoes. Garrett assisted us in the shoe dept. He was polite and smiled a lot. He seemed quite knowledgeable and he was quick to get us different sizes from the back as needed. I found some, but unfortunately my husband didn't. The cashier was great too. The dad checking out in front of us asked for assistance getting the battery in the squirt gun he was buying for his son. The cashier quickly unscrewed the compartment and put the battery in. I was impressed that he helped him so efficiently. I would definitely recommend this place to others and plan to return here in the future for anything...

The times we went, when browsing or actually getting sporting goods gear for us or the kids, the employees were friendly and overall efficient. They have baseball, basketball, running, soccer gear here. The selection is more limited than other sporting goods stores in bigger cities, but we have often found what we needed here at this Lake Havasu City location. Close enough to downtown...
