Verizon — Local services in Lake Havasu City

I’ve been planning for some months now to upgrade my phone. I stopped in at the store on Monday the 9th-it was packed! I was greeted by several employees, very friendly staff. I knew the drill-sign in and wait a bit-

I was happy to see that Tristan was still working at the store. He had helped us several years ago when we switched from Sprint. I was hoping for the same service and I was not disappointed. Since I knew I wanted to work with him I made an app’t to meet later in the day-I highly recommend this!!

Tristan was able to help me make a smooth transition to my new phone. He was very professional and honest about what I might like/need/enjoy with the upgrade. Also very courteous when I turned down some of the other offers-def a plus in my book. He patiently walked me through newer features, never once appearing to be put off by my questions. That is something I highly value in customer service, courteous and professionalism. Tristan was able to show me a way I could save money on my current plan-always a plus!

I left the store knowing that at anytime I could return and get the same quality service that I received the day of my purchase.

Andrew and Felipe were absolutely AMAZING in helping my husband (formerly T-Mobile) and myself open our own joint plan as a newlyweds. We were both long overdue for upgrades and had tons of annoying and complicated questions about phone brand differences, plan pricing, our previous plans, discounts, etc. Both were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and professional with us the entire time. We had come in the day prior, and Felipe broke down all of the pricing for us in-depth on a piece of paper for our reference to think on. Not only were both gentlemen witty and kind, but offered us the best deal, a military discount, in addition to price matching phone cases from Amazon for us! Overall we had one of the best experiences ever with Verizon and would highly recommend this location. They went above and beyond to help us, seamlessly juggling multiple other customers while still attending to us. We left with all of our questions answered and feeling like we were well taken care of. A+ for impeccable Verizon customer service… These guys are a dynamic duo and deserve a raise!
