We recently purchased a large amount of furniture from Michael Allen Outlet. While we had an issue with the kitchen table, David, the manager, worked with us in resolving the issue with a new table. We have all our furniture in place and love it. Lisa was our saleswoman at the outlet store and was incredible. Elle also assisted in some areas and was great to work with. The delivery guys, Coy and Kyle, were very professional and fast. Coy even caught a manufacturer's defect on the table they were delivering and instead of delivering it anyway, he made the professional decision to return that one and come back with one that was in proper condition. Recently purchased home in Laughlin NV, I needed an assortment of furniture pieces and didn’t know where to shop. I am the type that likes quality but not quality prices. We were referred to Michael Alan Furniture & Design by a competitor and so happy we were. Walked into their main store and was pleasantly greeted by Rosalyn Hayes, she was very knowledgeable about the pieces they had on display and was very patient with me. I did not see anything that jumped out to me there, that’s when Rosalyn offered to show us their Outlet location. This was going to be the first stop to start the process of furnishing an entire house and it ended up being the only stop. We were greeted by Lisa when we walked in and she told us to look around and let her know if we needed anything and then she left us alone to do our thing.
