Recently I was experiencing problems with my screen on my iPhone. I took my problem to James at Gadget Guyz and he changed the screen. After the screen change it turned out to be doing the same thing. James promptly removed the new screen and replaced it with the old one. Moisture in the phone seems to be the problem. (No charge by the way) James told me that after I purchased a new phone to come back and he would transfer all my data to my new phone. After spending approximately 3 hours working on my phone I literally had to beg him to take a mere payment for all his time. Excellent customer service and support. Read moreCalled these Guyz for help with my iPhone. I had been fighting my lighting port not wanting to make a good connection with the cable for months and I was sure that it was broke. I dreaded the idea of having to buy a new phone or an expensive repair bill from an Apple "Genius". I had tried to clean it in the past so I thought for sure that wasn't the problem. At James' request he attempted to clean the port to see if that would fix the problem, sure enough, to my disbelief, he dug a small potato farm worth of impacted lint and dirt from my lighting port. James then handed my phone back with a smile and said "No Charge". Even had cleaning the port not fixed the problem (which I would have SWORN was clean) replacing the lighting port would only have cost me 65 dollars and about 45 minutes of my time! I definitely felt uncomfortable as she complained to me about other customers. 2nd time made repairs to a phone. Not super polite but got the job done. Third time...well, they were closed, during their open hours. And not during their lunch break. So, someone else can have my business. Update: thank you for your speedy reply.
