I left one star. I ordered a sourdough jack combo with curly fries and a Dr Pepper. Well I asked for no tomatoes. By the time I got to the window which felt like forever I was not greeted the window was open as the previous car Had just left and the lady that was at the window was fixing bags are orders that were I guess the other customers that were in line. So she finally came to the window and I gave her my card to pay she told me the total and then gave my card back and gave me my food and drink well when I got my food the curly fries were right and warm but the burger I had been given didn’t have any tomatoes it was not on a sourdough bun and it had some kind of sauce other than mayo so I don’t know if they got our orders messed up but I didn’t see any tickets on any bags or anything like that to make sure that they know which order goes to which person in line. I don’t know if due to the fact that they may not have many employees that they are very slow but they are also slow in the evening as I do DoorDash and it’s the same . I’m not complaining I ate the food I just shared...
Read moreThe only thing they're consistent with is taking forever, even in the drive-thru, and getting your order wrong. Today, the guy behind me actually backed out of the druve-thru because they were taking so long to get orders out. 3 cars waiting for almost 20 mins... Most of the time, they get my order wrong, either getting the wrong type of fries or not putting bacon on a sandwich. Bear in mind, I order for one person every time and it still gets messed up. They will always take forever. So sometimes my order is wrong and they take forever or my order will be right but it still takes forever. There's definitely something wrong with the kichen staff. Then again, the person running drive-thru should be able to ensure your order is right and put the right fries in the bag. I've been to multiple JiBs and, since moving here 6 months ago, this location fails every time.

Read moreI walked in to place my order and the staff looked at me like I was crazy then a lady aproched me and said excuse me the loby is closed... I apologized and proceded to the drive through although there was someone sitting inside the loby not in uniform and no one was in the drive through the lady came on the Mic and said I'll be right with you 3 times then took my order 10 minuets later. I ordered a Texas King and ask for no tomato and no pickle. She said they don't put pickles on that burger and asked if ketchup was okay I said yes ketchup is fine. She acknowledged everything I said and repeated my order back to me . I ignored the wait payed and got my food. There was no cheese on the burger lettuce that must have been days old a ton of mustard and onions two very poorly cooked patties and a ton of pickles!!! Like 5+... I've had Jack in the Box before but this is absolutely disgusting and someone needs todo something about...
