This is the worst store that I have ever been in. They started to sell the vapes and they said you cannot test them in the store like you used to. They come in a big package and you have to wrap it and open the box. It cost $30. You also have to get the refill that cost $20 altogether at a $50 so like I said I could not test it in a store because they didn’t let it when I got home and open it, I charging it. It was not working and let me mention it again altogether I spent 50 something dollars the manager or whoever was working in. There was extremely extremely rude and she said she will not give the money back, she will not even return to item and even exchange it for another one before I didn’t have that issue because you could test the vape in the store but this time it’s all closed up and you couldn’t sit down. Only option you had is go home and open a box And a paper that it’s wrapped up in it and test it at home. I called her immediately after 30 minutes waiting for thing to be charged it was not charging. She said she will not returned anything. She also told me the manager told her to hang up the phone and the owner so they ripping people off. Do not buy anything from them that it’s box step And you cannot test it in a store because they will not give you the money. They will never return your item. They will not exchange your item. This was very bad experience. I lost 50 something dollars due...

I only give it two stars because they have everything I need. Otherwise I would give a negative ten stars for service.

I've been there numerous times and always paid the same price for the caliburn pods that I need. The last time I went in I was charged almost double. When I let the clerk know she became very argumentative and told me I was wrong.

Even after I went ahead and bought them she still continued to harass me. As I walked out, she told me that I was cheap and could start shopping at their competitor's stores.

All this because I asked about a 90% increase in price that I paid for anyways. She could have handled this much differently. Some kindness, a smile, and an apology for the price change.

I'm not sure I will ever go back. If you don't care about customer service then at least they've got a lot of merchandise. If you want friendly help and a smile go anywhere else...
