I brought my goldendoodle for her first grooming there because I satisfied with my first time there for bath and brush. When I arrived, another dog was there at the same time and I found out that dog and mine would be groomed at the same time by the same person. Which crossed my mind who would be the first dog she took first. I asked her not to cut her hair too short. She said ok and promised me right away. The cashier told me that they would call and i could pick up my dog in 3-4 hours. I waited and waited and waited. After 6 hours waiting I finally called them and she said my dog has some matted so it took longer to finish and she would be done in an hour. I said ok. This place closed at 7pm. They called me 7:15. I came and she told me the price and extra charge to dematted. I also gave tip. Once the payment done, she apologized in behalf of the person that groomed my dog that she had to cut my dog hair shorter. Seconds after she talked my baby came out with a different person, bald!! 1 cm left all body and legs except face and tail. 8 hours and extra charge and they made my baby bald!!!! I couldn’t anything because I’m not a confronted person. But I’m so upset. I checked her paws in the morning, guess what?? I had to cut the hairs myself and I got 2 handsfull of hair. My thought is, why didn’t they tell me first hand before they decided to cut her hair like that and why apologized after I paid and why charge me with extra price after the made her bald and keep her for...
