I bought two watches from them and each time I had more additude than the last visit. I waved it off even though I was a paying customer and spent 1250.00 there. I have receipts. After all this adittude and side offers that where flagrantly ripping me off.. It turns out in retrospect that they actually modified my watches each time. The second time was extremely wretched because they switched out my watches stock pins and collars and replaced them with cheaper pins. They also scratched my new watch where the bracelet pins get pushed out and I didn't even complain about that, nor the nasty adittude I received there. I don't think I was unreasonable. On the contrary I think they saw me as too friendly and willing to buy. I had previously reasurched each purchase prior to, and I think my willingness to buy was taken advantage of. The second time there they really where disrespectful. The man in the back actually took out the trash through the front and swore under his breath in Spanish. I speak Spanish too and I understood his profanity was towards me. Non of this mattered to me until one day on my first watch.. the man switched only one of my pin and collar with a super dirty pin. It only became obvious when I wore my first watch with a bracelet because it also came with a rubber strap that I had originally intended to wear. When I had my first watch on it had a link that stood out because it was black instead of reflective. I actually pulled it out and compared it to the other links on the watch. It was not part of the watch originally and it's dirtness is what call me to it's attention. I just realized this Christmas 2022 that my other watch was completely swaped out of expensive pins for cheaper older pins completely. These watches where each brand new Seikos, and the second one was out on the market for a week as it was just released. There is no excuse here other than foul play. I do not understand why they maintain a good status on Google reviews. I am suspicious that they pay for their reviews. They should be investigated. Worst part is they must remember me, because the woman remembered my address and recited it from memory my second time there. They took my information my first time there and so I can imagine what such rechet people are capable of. Especially if that lady and man know exactly who I am. They know exactly what they did. If I were to bet there is much illegal activity in and around this establishment. Non of my realizations happened till after my second purchase had been said and done for sometime. Read moreReally nice watches, but I would second guess any technical work by them. I got a simple battery replacement, but the back of my watch fell off when I got home. I was not able to snap it back in, leading me to believe the shape had been damaged.
Spoke to them on the phone day of, and they assured me I wouldn’t be charged. Just went back, and they didn’t give me any discount to speak of for my lost time. Not even a sorry about it. The clerk actually assured me I was undercharged for the battery replacement and it should’ve been more??
I explained to her I was a first time customer, had taken 2 buses there each way while it was raining the day prior, and that I would not be returning unless I was compensated in some way for the botched battery replacement.
