In early December, I received the WORST haircut of my life by Mimi. This experience has been devastating, traumatic, and a nightmare. My hair was and still is unbelievably uneven, AND 5 inches shorter than I wanted it. Yvette stepped in to try and even it out as much as possible, but it's still so bad that I've been wearing a hat every single day for the last 3 months. Yvette offered to cut my hair (when I was ready) for free until it looked right. Well, I was recently ready to try and get it evened out a bit. Yvette told me to text her to make an appointment. Now let me tell you about this amazing spot I stumbled upon it a couple months ago while walking in Lincoln park! I had my hair done somewhere else and I was not satisfied with the outcome at all. I’ve been looking for a new hair stylist and I finally found the perfect place for my needs. Yvette was so kind she understood everything I was talking about for my hair. What also made me want to try them out was because they have a policy in which if you are not satisfied with the outcome, they will fix it. And when I tell you they mean it, they mean it.
