My wife was begging for a Balayage color treatment for some time. I chose Couture 360 based on the positive reviews. This was her first time at this salon. She is soft spoken but showed a photograph of what she was looking for. Unfortunately her hair did not turn out close to how she wanted / what the photograph looked like. She was really disappointed and upset. We are all human and mistakes happen. I contacted Couture 360 through the website and left an informative and respectful message detailing the events surrounding my wife's unhappiness with the result. Very shortly thereafter I received a reply from Rose, one of the owners. Rose was gracious, apologetic, thankful we reached out and promised to make it right. Everything someone wants to hear after something unfortunate occurs, right? We set up another appointment right away with Kara this time. Kara was amazing, thoughtful, attentive, great listener, friendly, outgoing and GREAT at what she does. My wife was blown away with how AWESOME her hair looks now after Kara worked her magic. To me - this is the proper way to measure a person/business - not only by their success but how they react when things don't go as planned. There were no excuses only positivity and the promise to do better AND they delivered. They earned a customer for as long as we are in this area. Great job Couture 360 and a million thanks...
   Read moreThis salon offers friendly service and my colorist does a wonderful job providing me with a beautiful color each time, however, it’s very disappointing that after the wash out, which is required after a color, a customer would be expected to blow dry their own wet hair instead of the salon completing the overall experience after the color service. For a service that cost $110, I wouldn’t expect to walk out of a salon with soaking wet hair, unless I dried it myself. It leaves an experience meant to boost self esteem and confidence incomplete, disappointing, and lackluster. For a salon of this caliber, I’d think drying a client’s hair before leaving would be at the very least a common courtesy, but also simply included in the price of a complete service. It’s also unappealing and unsanitary to find someone else’s hair in the brushes left out at the blow dry station.    Read morePretty shop, clean and modern but just another haircut where she didn't listen to what I said I wanted. I styled my hair before I came and just wanted a trim and clean up of ends and came out of there with her cutting and styling it totally different! At least she didn't take a ton off but she still didn't do as I asked. Not happy and will not be going back!!
Received a call from owner after my first review. She asked me to come back and try someone else and I did. She suggested Jon who she said was not only very good but listened to his clients which I said was one of the issues I had not only with my first haircut there but hair stylists in general. I was impressed that Christina took the time to call me about my review and I was really impressed with the time Jon took listening to me, cutting my hair and styling my hair. He has somewhat restored my faith in hair stylists and I will definitely be going back to him! I think I have finally found someone who I can trust...
