Starbucks — Restaurant in Lake Zurich

I visited this location after a day of doing wedding planning. This is over an hour from my city and by far the worst experience I've had at any Starbucks. I went through the drive through and placed my order and I get to the window and pay and the lady goes to hand my drinks over and they are grande and I ordered and paid for venti sized. I inform nicely I ordered 2 venti's and she questioned me as I was wrong. My order total was $12 and change and its the same thing I order everytime so I know the price. The girl just walks away from the window and we sit there until our drinks come, they were made completely rushed and were more like water with some Carmel flavor. Not worth my $12 thats for sure. Glad this isn't my normal location but disappointing that you can't expect the same great service no matter...

I had to stray from my usual Starbucks location today but my experience here was just as wonderful.

Using the Starbucks app, I found this nearby location and placed a mobile order for three people. When I arrived, I went inside to pick it up, and everything was ready and waiting. The staff were friendly and smiling.

We ordered a Chai Latte with oat milk, brown sugar cold foam, and a sprinkle of cinnamon; a Tomato & Mozzarella on Focaccia; a Crispy Grilled Cheese on Sourdough; Egg White & Roasted Red Pepper Egg Bites; and the Impossible Breakfast Sandwich.

I can personally vouch for the egg bites, the Impossible sandwich, and the latte—they were all absolutely delicious. My friends had the same to say about their sandwiches. A five-star experience from...

I ordered a Frappuccino, and they gave me it with chocolate dripping down the side all the way to the bottom, but they did not give me any napkins. They also didn’t give me a straw. I asked for a coffee for someone else (who I specified wasn’t with me) and they just gave me it without a stopper or anything. I also ordered a third drink and they didn’t give me a carrying case for these 3 drinks. They also did not ask if I needed any of these things (although I’m not sure how I am supposed to drink a Frappuccino without a straw?) Anyways I am not satisfied with my experience, and I will forever go to the other Starbucks that is just 5 minutes away from this one to get much better...
