MATTRESS FIRM deserves our 5-STAR REVIEW We purchased qty-2 Twin Size "Perfect Sleeper Charlotte 2.0 Medium Euro Top Mattresses" for our 2 adult-age sons along with BASIC BOX SPRING FOUNDATIONs. My 2 sons have now slept on them for 2 nights and report they really like them a lot and they are much more comfortable than the 10+ year old ones we replaced. They are both back/side/face-down sleepers and all 3 sleeping modes seem to be fine on the new mattresses. Looking at the mattresses and box springs, they are much better built and cosmetically appealing than the old ones. The shopping experience, delivery, and most of all the product (Mattress and Box Spring) has been EXCELLENT.

At the MATTRESS FIRM store in Lake Zurich: Ryan is certainly among the most pleasant and sincerely helpful salespersons we've ever met. Ryan listened to what we were looking for, then showed us a few alternatives, gave prices, etc in a very non-pressure manner. Clearly he was trying to find a best fit for our needs, rather than some mattress stores we visited prior to MATTRESS FIRM in LAKE ZURICH who seem to steer you to whatever they are trying to sell to you or seem marginally interested to want to hear what you are saying before they start pushing what they want to sell to you.

Delivery Day: The driver Luis Lazada and his helper were perfect. They were VERY careful to navigate through our hallways and "breakables" between the front door and where we wanted the mattress and box placed and in reverse, took away the old mattresses/boxes with the same care to avoid crashing into anything. They were very friendly too.

In July, my MIL who was visiting from NJ, bought a new bed from Mattress Firm in Lake Zurich. Steve helped her. Although she bought it in IL she had it delivered to her home in NJ from the Tom’s River, NJ store. Steve helped set this up for her. When it was delivered, after she returned home six weeks later, she said the delivery was absolutely the best! The delivery men were extremely nice and helped her set up the bed with her new headboard as well. How nice for a single lady in her eighties to get that kind of help! The entire process, starting with Steve was seamless!

My husband and I also bought a new bed from Steve at the same time. Delivery was smooth and the guys were very professional! They even came back a few days later to pick up my old mattress, when we realized we wouldn’t need it anymore - Steve arranged this too! Steve also helped me with a new mattress protector.

Whether in IL or NJ, the service from Mattress Firm was impeccable! It is all due to Steve in the Lake Zurich store - he is fantastic!

We had the best experience buying a bedroom set (frame and mattress) from Mike and Steve! They are both very engaging and insightful, and they answered all our questions patiently. They listened to our needs, offered suitable options, and explained the pricing details for the items we bought. We didn't think that we would enjoy buying bedroom furniture (it had always been a daunting task in the past) but Steve did a great job presenting the various mattresses and frames without making us feel rushed, and Mike was very transparent in his explanation of how the financing options work. These two wonderful gentlemen saved us two week's worth of waiting and running around (we were going to look at a few other places), and we walked out of there convinced that the purchase was the best decision we ever made!
