Always go to this Costco bc of it being near other places I frequently visit/explore, they always hit the target when it comes to the Pizza and the Sundaes.
The new pickup system makes it easy to order but if you want to pay cash then you have to make sure get in the right line.
Definitely recommend just paying at the kiosk area and not at the cashier windows. It makes getting food faster and easier, and if you want to change anything on your pickup order then your sh/+ outta luck. Please don’t be that person.
They have a whole other line for WHOLE pizza so it’s recommended you get your food first then the WHOLE pizza. The food lines for pickup can be long as he// too, even if you call in the pizza you still need to wait in the WHOLE PIZZA line FYI.
Idk what’s so hard to understand about the system other than most people over losing their cool when they have to go in another line to order at the window rather than the kiosk pickup lines.
The seating is always overcrowded but it’s a given since it’s Costco plus close af to a mall. There’s usually someone out on the floor cleaning or wiping down tables but most tables don’t really give the chance to be wiped before they’re occupied.
Anyway love the food court staff, thank y’all’s for making the best strawberry on strawberry sundaes and slanging the hottest slices/boxes of pizza....

Most everyone knows about Costco's cheap hot dogs & pizza, both by the slice & whole. Both are cheap, filling & a guilty pleasure that some can't resist. On this particular visit, however, my curious appetite wanted to try Costco's new 1/3 lb cheeseburger, made with organic beef.
It's big, I'll give it that. The cheeseburger is quite large, and can easily fill up the tummy. Too bad the organic beef was underseasoned and lacking in flavor, despite being organic. Meatloaf is what came to mind. Add to that the sloppy construction that went to assembling my burger, in addition to the lack of tomato oversight, and I was over my burger before I even finished it. I also choose to have burgers lettuce-wrapped, but Costco doesn't give customers that option.
Service was okay. The line was long but moved at a pretty brisk pace. Ample seating, which quickly fills up during lunch & dinner hours.
Parking is at the Lakewood Center Mall.
Although not a fan of Costco's new 1/3 lb cheeseburger, I still find their other offerings good cheap fare for when I want something quick. I've never been a member, as I don't see the purpose of paying membership dues to shop, but on the rare occasion I find myself at the Costco food court, I'd have a hard time not indulging in a hot dog or...
Read morePoor customer service!!! The guy in the cash register was very rude to me. The ones making the hot dogs were using a lot of profanity. The person next to me had 2 little kids! Also that person asked if she could change her order, I believe she had asked for 2 slices of pizza and wanted 2 hot dogs instead. The guy on the registered said " I guess, but I CANNOT give u a refund", "its only a dollar and change!"
I though that was rude!
I ordered a hot dog, which was good a whole pizza and 2 icecream sundays. The guy put the chocolate syrup only in the bottom of the...
