Craftsman Jewelry — Local services in Lakewood

First off my apologies for writing this review so late. Craftsman Jewelers has been such a big help with all of our jewelry needs for the past few years. I originally went in in 2019 to pick a diamond and ring to propose to my now wife. Harout and his team were so welcoming and made me feel so good about such a big decision. They were never pushy, gave great advice and got me better than what I wanted all well within my budget. We also went back later on to pick my wife's wedding band, she knew exactly what she wanted and Harout made it happen. They didn't have anything that spoke to her in the case so he had 2 rings made for her to choose from and even when she didn't like those he went back to the drawing board and absolutely blew it out of the park with a custom ring. We have gone back numerous times now to purchase earrings, necklaces and do jewelry repair. They honestly do it all and do it so we'll. My boyfriend and I were looking for a nice place with reasonable prices and good customer service. Every place at Lakewood Mall had subpar customer service. They would just show us whatever ring we asked for, without asking questions about us or what we're looking for. Taleen really made me feel like a part of the family. She heard us and helped us a lot. I really like that they give a lifetime warranty and let you put as much down to hold the rings as you want. "Red" helped us when we picked up the rings and he was amazing as well! All in all, this is a nice, understanding family business....

The buying experience was great, the repair not so much. After 9 months I finally got my bracelet back, did the repair result meet expectations no. The owner and his daughter are really nice but did not enjoy this experience.
