This has been the worst service I’ve ever seen. I bought a new laptop and six months later I brought it in because the screen has been going black and this is the second time I’ve had it shipped, and returned with the same issue. I told them I had a Google Pixel 3a with a cracked screen. They said they could fix it or do a replace.
