I like this location it's very close and convenient; however I usually try not to deal with the lady at The" CUSTOMER SERVICE" her name is Donna because she's so unprofessional, unrespetful, and don't know anything about customer service! I bought a bag of grass with price tag on tye shelf for $19.99 whoever, she took $23.99, I asked her why is that and she said with a mean voice" that's the price, honey!" I tried to explain to her that price is wrong she yelled qt me and asked me to move to continue helping other customers and wait for the manager. The manager should be the last person to call to solve something like that, and as a good customer service you should help one at the time, but obviously she doesn't know how to do her job as she told me! I went to the shelf and took a picture of the price abd should her and she said that might be for a small bag, I should her that the tag says 12 lbs and what I bought is 12 lbs she called me a lier and said how can I know that the picture is from there!! What title! It's so rude to argue and treat a customer like that, it wasn't about the money just because she was rude and sooo rude to me, I all the time hear her talking in a bad way to the customerservice but I wasn't saying anything because it wasn't my problem. Further more an old man started to yell ate to leave her alone and said to me" fu** you" and she told him "thank you" not sure how that put someone with the worst attitude in position called customer service, with her it is customer insulting!! She also claimed that the shelves in the store ate messed up, I told her that I have seen that price tag for 5 days so far, and that is so unexeteble to have wrong prices for a while and then ask the customers to guss the prices. I can’t quite put my finger on it, but something about the overall atmosphere and the staff interactions just feels… off. It’s not that people don’t care — they do — but the way they engages with customers can be uncomfortable and, at times, frustrating.
There used to be someone at customer service who was downright combative. I once pointed out a batch of expired produce, and instead of checking into it, she loudly told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. When I showed her the dates, she doubled down and started lecturing me about “best by” versus expiration dates. I haven’t seen her in a while, which is probably for the best.
More recently, the checkout experience has been painfully slow. The cashier was pleasant enough, but there was a long line and it took almost 20 minutes to ring up about 15–20 items — not an exaggeration. There didn’t seem to be any sense of urgency. On top of that, I was told I couldn’t stand near my cart at the end of the bagging area “because it’s the rules.” When I asked whose rules, the only answer I got was “just the rules,” which summed up the whole experience pretty well.

Read moreI will never shop at this location again after experiencing racism and discrimination during checkout from Cynthia N (cashier) who happened to be an older Caucasian woman. My mother and I were told repeatedly to go to customer service aggressively by this cashier despite us being next in line behind a Caucasian woman, and when we looked at the customer service desk the line was wrapping around the corner so we said "thanks but we don't mind waiting." Why would we move if we are next to be checked out???? Cynthia N immediately rolled her eyes in disgust, then proceeded with her HEAD down/ NO GREETING scanning our items throwing them down the belt, then had the nerve to place food & cleaning products all in one thin bag until I asked her to separate them and double back them all while she huffed and puffed rushing our transaction because we were African American.
