What an unfortunate experience. My fiancé and I made an appointment online with this location to see what suit options we have for him and his groomsmen. Mind you we had a poor experience at the Brea location, but thought that was a one-off incident. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case. We walked in to the store, not to be greeted by anyone and when we asked where to go for our appointment, someone told us to go to the back and scan the QR code to check in. When we got to the back, there were 3 associates there: 1 male and 2 females. We were not acknowledged by anyone until we asked and the male said “I’m currently working with someone so if no one helps you before I finish, I’ll help you” as he rolls his eyes to his female colleagues.
They proceeded to continue talking (the females) not acknowledging us. We decided to walk around the store in hopes that they would check their computers to see we checked in… but was never acknowledged. We decided to go to the women and ask about our appt and one of them said she is working with someone and then proceeded to call her family member and have a full conversation. The other female came back and finally helped us, however did not seem at all motivated to make a sale for our wedding group. With an unmotivated attitude, she gave us the “only two gray suits and only two blue suits” for rent. She did not make an effort to collect any of our information or help us even though we had swatches for our color scheme.
Anyways, we just ended up leaving and walking out. We were really disappointed since we were shopping around after going to Friar Tux.
We had a much much better experience and customer oriented experience at Friar Tux.

Read moreMen's Warehouse is pretty chill. The staff their is beyond helpful(well Maria Sure Was!!) she helped me through my whole outfit finding process, showed me to the dressing rooms and even put up with my very frequent NOs haha and she never broke her smile and continued on with helping me on my outfit search!! The store is very clean and it has quite a variety of clothes to pick from...and YES they have a clearance section which i sure did find me a darn good dress shirt for more than half it's original price!! (Thanks again Maria) now its budget compromising at least it was some what for the person i was shopping with lol (guess he didn't see the clearance section like i did haha ;) and as in the uploaded pic you get 25% off other purchases with every 100.00 you spend and lets just say i waked out of that store with about 5 of them haha.. now i was informed that the one i went to on Candlewood in Lakewood will be relocating next door to the Chuck-E-Cheese
Read moreWe went to Men's warehouse to look for an outfit for our wedding. It's in November on the beach in Cabo. We were looking for a basic white shirt and lighter pants nothing too complicated. We were approached by an older woman. We explained what we were looking for and immediately she said in a negative tone " No"! We won't have that here. We asked more questions to maybe get recommendations from her and she said "all I have is this"and led us to a rack of pants. She asked my fiancé his size and he explained he wasn't sure because he lost weight recently and her response was "that's not what I asked you just tell me what size you might be" She was very rude, pushy and condensending. I was about to walk out of the store but I still gave her the benefit of the doubt that she was just having an off day. It didn't get better and instead of making recommendations she just gave sarcastic negative responses until I couldn't bear it any longer. I tried to grab the attention of a younger hispanic woman that worked there and she ignored me as I called out to her. We were not being difficult customers and actually needed advice but it is obvious this location lacks customer...
