Initial service was great, the product turned out as expected, but the communication and service on the back end I was certainly not impressed with. I placed the order in store on Wednesday, $95 for 6 posters, and was told that 24 hours they should be ready and that I will receive a text when theyâre done. I had been waiting on a text and, as to not waste a trip over during work hours to find out theyâre not done, I waited until Saturday morning to stop over without having received that text. All the other prints were laid out flat in cardboard protective packaging waiting to be picked up. When they found mine, they were rolled up with no protect under their desk and the tops of the posters had been hit into something, slightly damaging the tops of all the posters. Iâm assuming thatâs where they put the prints that donât get picked up, but despite the large text on the job sheet âTEXT WHEN FINISHED PRINTINGâ on the posters themselves, I thought I would have been notified theyâre ready to be picked up so this wouldnât happen. Sales Associate Morgan met with me for approximately 15-20 minutes concerning the HP LaserJet Pro M404n Printer product and convinced me that it would be a very good substitute for my HP LaserJet 1200 Series Printer. Unfortunately, the Golden, CO store did not have one in inventory so she spent time tracking down another Office Depot/Office Max store which had a HP LaserJet Pro M404n Printer in stock; she located one at the Office Depot/Office Max store in Arvada, CO and asked that that product be set aside for purchase from me.    Read moreI am so disappointed in the quality of the "service" I received on Oct. 23, 2021 at OfficeMax. I emailed the order in and came in a bit later to expedite it with payment. I originally ordered 150 copies of bookmarkers for a book signing. The clerk who was not busy at all informed me that he might have to have my order ready the following morning due to the huge number of copies. I settled for 50. Cut in half I would have 100 book markers. He charged me 25% extra to expedite the order. He wasn't doing anything else at the moment except for standing around. It took him no time to pump out the copies including the cutting. I got home thinking I had 100 book markers. I had 86. I feel violated and taken advantage of. I will...
