Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Lakewood

Ordered 3 bagels came to 30 dollars non of the bagels were made correctly not a single one. Came In on 06/13/24 for the first time Ever at 7:30 and the kid on the line was messing everyone’s food up I saw 3 customers ask for a remake in a 10 minute period. Ordered the all nighter, left off the chipotle and the bacon and bagels were soggy. Kid with the arm Splint takes the bagel over there without Gloves 🧤 then hands it back to me and says we dont have chipotle sauce. I saw ok well I’d like something else he srugs his shoulders walks away and starts helping another customer. I then have to ask again for my remake and that came out wrong as well. My other 2 bagels I ordered also came out wrong although my party was satisfied with theirs so we only had one remade. It was an awful experience the line cook needs to go and so does the tiny bopper with the arm splint Complete useless. Your making bagels ? Get it right. Cook was obviously Stoned and could care less about his Job. Please replace these people. The job of management is to have a system to hire and train better people than yourself to run it so you don’t have to be there forever! Yet the Only good employee was the Female manager and she was doing literally all the work because her team is absolutely Useless! I’d give the female manager 5 stars for hospitality and service but your can’t run it alone and your crew basically all needs to go. I understand it’s hard to find good people. Although this crew was very bad and I’m sure regardless they won’t be their long so I will possibly change my review in the future if this is fixed in time. I will probably try it again in a few months hopefully a much better crew who cares ! Right now 1 star. Don’t waste your money here. You’d be way better off investing that 30 dollars in a Roth IRA and maybe in 40 years come back and get a bagel from here was the entire staff...

This location is THE worst. They never get a Door Dash order correct, and it's always thrown together in a way that shows they really don't care about serving quality food. Every time, the food sucks. I waited a very long time and tried again today to give them a chance. Today, I spent way too much money on a messy item that was supposed to be a breakfast bagel sandwich and to top it off, a half frozen hashbrown side. Really....half frozen. They didn't even bother to put some heat to it. Go anywhere but here. I won't ever make the mistake again.

Edit after response from the restaurant: No, thank you. Your response is a canned one. Every time I have ever ordered from this location, it was disappointing and mostly inedible. I won't be reaching out further, and I won't pander to your request to edit this review to be more positive. I can't be the only person you have heard this from in regards to this location. Wild idea, start there and do something about it. I won't be going back no matter what kind of coupon you offer. The food will be the same... I'm good. Thank you, but...

For the love of god why does this location still operate like it’s full height Covid? No seating at all inside and it’s a balmy 19 degrees out. Seriously guys the pandemic is over! Even the most liberal of liberals have accepted this you guys should too. Update. I decide to stop by and too see if conditions have improved and unfortunately they have slide below 1 star now and believe it or not it’s gotten even worse except in one way. The one positive is that you can actually sit down and eat in here again. It looks like they had to finally come to reason that Covid was over and relinquish the reigns and put their tables back in. Now like I mentioned you can dine in again here but when I stopped by at 10:30am they were almost out of every bagel? I mean seriously this place is poorly managed to say the least.
