First time ever at this Outback location.(((( It had been 2 years since I visited the Southwest Plaza location(the entire experience there was a 0 when it came to food quality and presentation, quality service and management and the meal ended with a trip to the restroom to wash my hands, but instead my hair had a washing from the GREY water dripping from the ceiling, which obviously by the discoloration of the ceiling and wall, the water leak had been there for some time, management responded as if they were oblivious to the fact that grey water was contaminating the women's restroom, that was 2 years ago though and at the SW Plaza mall location in Littleton.))) Putting that thought aside, I am BACK to OUTBACK (near CO Mills Mall)! Thank you Mike, the Manager!!!! So kind, courteous, and it is apparent that Mike and the other managers take pride in their restaurant and care that it is clean. Mike stopped at our table, just my son and I, and made sure we were happy with our experience. I thanked him and shared with him how our experience was, the food presented beautifully, fresh, our server, I apologize for not remembering your name, he made sure our waters were always full, bread warm and kept a smile on. The host, young, and maybe a bit new, was asked by a customer to accommodate where the large group wanted to sit, though you could see a bit of hesitation and uncertainty in the host, he told the gentlemen that he would see what he could do and talk to the manager. Mike accommodated where the family desired to sit most.. BRAVO to Mike and the HOST.. Yes I can help you is the way to keep your doors open. Well done.. I will be back soon to bring a friend who has never been to Outback Steak House. I am happy I have a great one to take him to! Thank you Outback Steakhouse and Mike and the whole Team! BTW we order Coconut shrimp, half order bloomin' onion, kookaburra wings, a House side salad, which was generous in portion, and Queensland Chicken and Shrimp pasta.. YUMMY! The shrimp tender and little blackened and spiced as well as the chicken(juicy too), The pasta cooked perfect and the creamy...
Read moreI tried to eat here at 6:30 pm on a Saturday evening. It was so busy, they ran out of pagers and took my name assuring me they would find me when a table was available. My party found seats at the bar. We, ordered drinks and an appetizer. I immediately informed the hostess I was seated at the bar and was not given a pager. She assured me they would come get me when the table was ready. Fifty minutes later, I checked with the hostess on the table status. They said they paged me several times with no response (acting like this was somehow my fault). They tried to seat me at a table next to the kitchen entrance. It was noisy, dark and with no tables settings; an obvious last resort table. I said I did not want to sit there after spending $85 at the bar - waiting 50 minutes for my table, and telling the hostess where I was sitting, but they never bothered to write it down. I asked the hostesses for their names; instead they sent me the young arrogant non-apologetic manager who offered nothing but excuses. He tried to make me feel bad they were busy, and ran out of pagers. He then proceeded to tell me that he had placed people at the kitchen table "all night long." I no longer wanted to stay or spend another $120+ to order dinner and expressed a desire to leave. He did get me a better table in just 2 minutes, but I wanted to leave. It only only then that he showed any interest in dealing with my NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE. Go to a nice restaurant with good service...it will not be that much more. HOWEVER, I totally need to say that the bartender was excellent. He was attentive, helpful, and efficient. I should've just ate there. So - if you need to throw money at this establishment...spend...
Read moreWe really like to take dinner in outback, in everywhere we go.
This time we arrive at 8:54 pm just 6 min before the restaurant was closed...
We have bad luck to be attended because we just arrived a lady in the hostess place (and I said that... because since we open the door she wasn’t to happy we arrived) and a tall blonde guy named (I think Travis, or at least she told me that).
This guy try to persuade that the restaurant was closed and when I showed the watch he told us it was okay.
So this lady was looking were to seat us (I went with my wife and my little girl 7 years old and my kid 4 years old. We just arrived from the airport and we were on our way to the sky area, so the kids was starving...
I explained that, because we understand we almost arrived when they were ready to close... but I was with my family and only plan was to dinner and not take too long.
When the lady told us where to seat, returned this guy “Travis” and told us that the kitchen was already closed, again for the second time.
The weird thing is that on the restaurant was almost around 11 occupied tables at that moment.
So I’m writting this review because I think the manager should know this, because even when we went invited to go outside, the clock was 8:59 pm.
For sure we will return to outback, but hopefully next time we are going to be treated much better.
Thanks for...
