The LEGO® Store Colorado Mills — Local services in Lakewood

The lego store is place that a lot of the magic of childhood activities can still be found, the wonder at the sets, collections that can’t be found anywhere else, and an entire team as passionate as very young fan to support and answer questions. This store lives up to all of this and more and makes the entire place an enjoyable experience with a huge collection, friendly staff, and prices that don’t reflect the usual retail markup. When I visited the store this week with my girlfriend and her young brother they were friendly and engaging not just with she and I but also the brother who they treated kindly and answered his questions. We returned to purchase the set that he liked for a birthday gift (a store and I one exclusive) where the staff was so friendly, helped us set up a loyalty card, and found ways to get us a discount on a slight damaged package. CJ and Chris both were absolute rock stars and I can’t recommend this...

Celeste, Sean, and the whole Colorado Mills Mall LEGO team are helpful, attentive to shoppers' needs, and courteous.

EOY 2024 I organized a LEGO themed holiday party. Celeste saved my partner's arms as we walked around with several large sets.

Several people on the team helped us find specific items, and the whole team was clearly motivated to provide shoppers an excellent experience.

We gave Sean a bunch of trouble scanning tons of sets then troubleshooting some payment complications on our side. Sean got it figured out and advised that we move our car to a closer entrance.

Celeste helped us wheel everything to the car on a dolly, suggested sets that would go well with the ones we have and our purchase today, and helped us unload into the car.

My daughter and I stopped by today, it was 8:54pm, when an employee named Jonathan asked us if we needed anything, we told him we were looking around, and he told us you have 5 more minutes in my clock if you don’t hurry up I’ll kick you guys out. (RUDE)I was looking for lego star wars because today is my son’s 21st birthday and my daughter wanted to get a lego. But the bad attitude of the employee made us leave. I approached him and asked what his name was, he replied, “Jonathan” but in a very sarcastic manner. Saying, “Why are you going to report me?” And I said yes he started saying nooooo very sarcastic. Hope the manager or the one in charge of the store does something about the bad customer service experience because tonight the store lost a sale.
