Terrible customer service, especially for a brand new store We were there for 20 minutes and nobody came to help us, two employees in there and half of the time just stood in the back gossiping. and one of them was the manager !!Ambrosia R!! and when I ask for help, the girl that helped me had an attitude, and I asked her about a couple of rings, and I told her if she could get it out of the case, and she rolled her eyes at me at that point I was heated already snatched it out of her hand Start cussing me out when the manager was standing right there too and I don’t know about the dress code but all the other stores that I’ve been to they dress super nice. I made the trip considerably farther from my house to the Colorado Mills Pandora. I was slighting baffled that Aspen Grove couldn’t engrave anything due to no machine. Everything happens for a reason. I worked with Ambrosia and she was an absolute joy to work with! So professional, friendly, attentive, patient and beyond skilled at helping me make a decision on the engraving, which is a struggle in all itself!
