Be careful military family! They don't offer military discount for family.

They were mostly kind but the manager tall guy, who was so rude when I came back for price adjustment the next day.

I was told I can't get military discount as a spouse of soldier and veteran anymore because I'm the reseller, running business which is only his imagination. (Not all ASIANS are reseller. I was just a big fan of Ralph Lauren)

Except this store, I've always got military discount for 10 years which is always appreciative and proud of my husband, all those years of serving for our country,USA.

If they said from the beginning, they don't offer a spouse military discount, which is totally fine. But Except the time buying mother's day gift with my mom.

If they were kind enough to say sorry for their policy has been changed, I would've understood, instead of accusing me of reseller.

I know military discount is not something that taken for granted.

I just couldn't belive the way of accusing royal...

Wanna give a HUGE shoutout to my guy EJ!!! From the moment I walked in he was who I went straight to, to ask about the boot I was looking for. Was very knowledgeable, as they didn’t have the exact color way I was looking for and told me where exactly I could find them… but boy did he look out for ya guy!! Found an awesome pair of boots that fit me perfectly and were actually much, much better than the ones I was intent on looking for and they are an awesome colorway as well! Thank you EJ! Ralph Lauren I love your clothes..but the sign that you have posted says the entire store up to 70% off but then it also states that not everything in the store is on sale your sign is misleading. So I chose not to go in your store because of that. I made sure to show my son your sign and explain to him how misleading it is. It's a way to get you in the store only to find out that certain things are on sale very few are 70% you have to search the store to find which parts of the entire store are discounted.
