Fix your sign if your employees can’t honor what’s right in everyone’s face then cover it or fix your menu. I asked everyone in the line behind me and we all agreed it’s misleading everyone started checking their receipts. The menu causes confusion and then your employees don’t know how to handle questions and can’t deal with customers appropriately! First I paid $9.5 something for 6 traditional wings, and 60¢ each ranch I paid for they gave me 6 boneless which cost 6$ and I got zero ranch. I returned because the price difference is crazy and I wanted what I paid for. I see the menu states with fries also but of course they pretended they couldn’t read and had an attitude about making the wings they got wrong from not being able to read correctly. I simply wanted to get a refund on the wings after they had a attitude about making what I asked for and they lied and said I’d have to return everything I got meaning they wanted me to take my kids half eaten fries back to them just to refund my money on the wings they haven’t even given me. Once I repeated to her what she said and how ridiculous she sounds, she magically started to do the process of the refund but again said she couldn’t if I paid with Apple Pay. I gave up arguing with someone who was incoherent. Fix the sign and cover with tape for all I care! The staff and managers were ALL immature and need training after everything they continued making faces to my mother in law while we were in the court moving on...
Read moreCharley's is usually my go to but I've never dealt with rude workers before. I placed an online order but it made no difference on when I was suppose to get my food. I stood and waited to see if my order was being made after my time came to collect my meal. They haven't started making anything. I wasted my lunch watching food being poorly made as each order they gave out was wrong. The only one that seem to be doing their job was the girl taking orders. The guys had no system and did not care at all what people had to say. Very poor manners to be speaking in another language about people who pay meals to give you guys a check.

Read moreOne of the worst customer service experiences ever. They were out of mushrooms and peppers which is two out of the three vegetables that go on their main cheesesteak. I also ordered cheese fries and asked for more cheese on them, which they would not give me unless they charge me two dollars. I think it’s interesting that they as a business can short me, and can’t make it up with a pump of cheese. I spoke to the manager and she was extremely rude to me. I will not give them any more of my business...
