Update: Today Tyler fixed the accounts and is actually someone who cares about the customer first and definitely knows his job well! Thank you Tyler and in the future when I need to come to rent a center again I will come see you! Definitely hope the staff there can learn a few things from you about customer service and professionalism! For being a new manger you definitely show you have the skills and knowledge!
Horrible customer service every payment date I receive a phone call about how I didnāt make a payment come to find out I have two accounts open because employees and a branch manager that canāt do their jobs Iāve spent numerous hours trying to get the issue resolved coming to no conclusion. Trying to get ahold of so called branch manager since manager working canāt do their job properly. Am I going to be compensated for all the time Iāve spent to have someone do their job no.
Iāve reached out to the corporate number and still yet have heard back from district manager they indeed have my information and everything on file in their systems the branch manager refuses to fix the issue nor talk to me. Telling me the best he can do is give me free time which checking my online payments someone took a cash payment out and I have never been in to collect anything . Store manager will only communicate with me through his workers. I have never once seen him in the store or even talked to him on the phone. I feel at this point I have been stolen from. I will not accept free time when that means I lost all I paid due to the stores fault of not doing their job properly. I was assured the account was closed since the product was not available and got a different item. Some how I was billed for the product before I even received it. Never have I had to do that before. Looks like Iām going to have to look into...
