Starbucks — Restaurant in Lakewood

First let me say the people here a great!

Great people doesn’t always equate to good food / drinks though sadly.

I’ve been going here for about a month every single day.

I’ve had 10 breakfast sandwiches that I’ve literally thrown out because they don’t cook them. I ask for it to be extra toasted and it seems to come out even colder compared to when I don’t ask… ( center of sandwich is literally cold touch instantly out of bag )

I go to this Starbucks in particular because they would make my drink good once every 3 times. Sadly it’s not consistent but the other Starbucks in the area can’t make it right to save their life.

Why is it not consistent? This isn’t a hole in the wall place. Why does my drink taste different every single time I go? I think that’s ridiculous.

But today my drink was so nasty. I’m talking tasted like bottom of the barrel goop.

Then I get a re make and it tasted like strawberry medicine. Like they didn’t clean the blender they made my coffee in… literally disgusting. Wasted YET again another $12 THROWN Away.

I’ve wasted at least $80 this month THROWING my food / coffee away cause it’s been so bad.

But it’s like a bad relationship. I keep going back hoping they will change.

It’s not JUST this Starbucks either. It’s literally every Starbucks...

As if it were run by an amateur adolescent. It was 3:30 so we went there because the App showed they would be open till 7p. There were 5 cars ahead of us in the drive thru and it was going slow. Oddly, after the car ahead of us put their order in, they abruptly got out of line and backed out of line to leave. We drove ahead to the order kiosk and were told in a sweet voice that they were sorry but the store had closed at 4pm and we could return tomorrow. I explained that we were in line well before 4p. With fake sincerity, they apologized. "We're sorry". There were still several cars behind us and they apparently had no clue the store was closed, either. Like the car before us, we also needed to back out of line, around other car waiting to get disappointed in several ways. Finally got my afternoon coffee at 4:30 at my favorite...

My drink took a much longer than average time to make; the inside wasn’t busy, the drive thru was steady. I ordered a venti Frappuccino and added extra shots. (Normally this make it overflow) I tell the cashier to put it in a trenta cup when it’s made so I can have all of it. When I received my drink I was told they aren’t allowed to do it (thought they did do it). I was then told that doing it that way doesn’t get me the left overs cause they have to take room out of the cup for whipped cream because the domed lids don’t fit. If I’m paying for shots of espresso and wanting all of the drink I paid for, do you think I’m super concerned about whipped cream? When in doubt ASK. Hashtag I want my...
