Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Lakewood

This place is ridiculous. It lacks friendliness and honestly it seems to be because of a language barrier and cashiers not understanding while taking orders even when someone explains over and over what they want showing with pictures. I wanted the pep pizza with pretzel crust but not with cheese inside but cheese sauce served with it. I not only explained and was just brushed off told not able to get or some answer that didn't explain or was head nod. It should have been $9.99 and the pretzel crust with cheese sauce is the very first one offered of the pretzel pizzas on the online menu. Then he rings me up for the one with cheese in the crust charging me $5 extra. And then to add insult to injury they raise sauce prices to over a dollar and can't even complimentary give a sauce to apologize for the not understanding and getting my order wrong time after time. All they care about is money not customer satisfaction and it definitely shows. And you can't promote things for sale have them marketed to society as a mass and then not offer what u promoted and advertise its called false advertisement and people are sued for this very thing. Honestly I hope they correct this because I will be checking back and talking to lawyer if I have to falsely pay $5 extra for pizza I never wanted instead of the 9.99 that was promoted and shown every one in public can see that one with no cheese inside crust is offered with cheese sauce. And even if you could legally not sale what's promoted on menu at least have curteousy to explain nicely to your customer and not so rude and short and direct still never solving the problem but brushing them off as if they are a problem. I work my butt off for my money I won't spend at places who can't do bare minimum and just have integrity to do what they say and advertise. My 5 year old son and I arrived to the front door to order some crazy bread and cheese bread for our Thursday night Italian dinner we make at home but love this addition.

As you see in the pictures it literally says no one can wait in the lobby.

Well, it seems that the lady at the front register just loved flirting so much with the guy she met that not only did my son and I wait 20 mins before coming in, but we found out there were 10 families in their cars waiting for this man to step out!

They thought he was ordering until I found out they had been waiting over 30 mins to come into the store.

I walked in and confronted the man and front end lady at the register. Their reaction is like I stopped Cupid from doing his work.

Sorry guys, there are over 10 families waiting for food and have lives to live! The front end lady should understand she is being paid to be there, not at a club flirting for phone numbers.

To find out it was the end of her shift which was at 9pm, so we were collateral for her next date when she left for the night.

Trust me, and then the guy starred my son and I down coming out, and no one taking accountability for this associates interaction, it’s like everyone working there was pleased the orders stopped!

Loyal families come and this is what has become of a family chain….. No one cares, only we do but yet again time after time we are abandoned by the lack of respect little Caesars represents…. family, not the only job you can find so forget caring….. Do not go here. I have went here twice and the same man that says he is a manager tells me they don't have garlic sauce. Then he tells me he will comp extra cheese on my crazy bread because they are out. He rings me up my order is 3 dollars 9 dollars for crazy bread? Then he tells me he has a developmental disorder which causes his math to be off. So why are you manager of a restaurant? I walk in and your telling your employees to double check their math because all of the tills for the last month have been short. Not to mention that the next time I send my husband they do the same thing. I walk into the store and they are making fun of my husband. When I told them I was his wife the quickly apologized and said he had a developmental disorder. As if that causes such unwarranted behaviour. As the manager is telling me crazy bread cost 8.75(this time) I look down at the cash register and notice the cashier is a self mutilator. She had open wounds acrossed her forearm with blood crusted obviously where she had just cut herself as they were all in lines. No gloves no anything put my crazy bread in the box in front of me and handed it to me. I refused they asked why I said this is unsanitary you cannot leave open wounds bleeding or even dried blood down your arms then touch my food and serve me.
