I usually loved shopping at this store, lately april 14th, I went to purchase a prom dress for my upcoming event and when I got home I noticed the quality and everything of the dress was off, I figured maybe they gave me the wrong one since the one I tried on didnt have a tag and confused it to give me one with the tag (im a size small and the tag says L). I went back april 20th to see if I could do an exchange for the right one, nothing. A return, nothing at all. This store is terrible. They had my prior review deleted after I posted that I returned a few items and they sniffed the garments In front of me and accused me if wearing it. No one from management ever reached out and they told me that if I ever brought and brought anything back, they wouldn't accept it. Me and my sister went to Colorado Mills to run some errands and to celebrate her birthday. We've never seen a Windsor before and decided to just to look around. We ended up talking to the store manager Aline and just falling in love with the store and with her. She is the absolute sweetest. We were first just going to buy a skiing but she helped us create so many outfits. I am not a huge shopper and am usually a quick in and out person. Their $7 dollar sale was too die for!
