The service was great, fast, and respectful. The only thing I did not appreciate was how thirsty the employees are for commission. I’m not slandering the person that helped me out because they were probably trained to operate the way she did. Firstly, they have a sign that says they are only accepting cash, I should have known that I would get no receipt. I don’t like the fact that when you buy a phone, the accessories are portrayed to be free. Not once was I told that I was paying for all the accessories, the accessories were just handed to me, did not ask if I wanted them. I paid and the bag was given to me. Secondly, I was told that my service was $60 but not told that they were giving me a protection service without my consent, making my phone bill $77 monthly. The communication was not there and that was done on purpose !! You played me not once, but twice ! I also had to set up my own boost mobile account, unsure if I had an account I had to figure it out on my own. Using my email because my email was taken and my email don’t work. Then to get my questions answered as to why my phone bill was almost $80 I had to go through a live chat with an agent! Completely...
Read moreI Went there twice, and the employees did not even know about it and did not care to look for the advertised in-store deals. When I told them I needed a phone and was looking to switch to Boost, they looked more upset that they would need to do something than to help. Seriously, they do everything but try to make a sale. They wouldn't even help with a sim card ejector pin (or something similar), so I could see if switching my sim card to another phone I have would help me get connected to the world.
1st star because the place is only suitable for paying your bill. Who does that in-store anyway? Def not enough for it to make sense for Boost to have so much overhead per value generated in the area it "services"

We ended up going with the two tablets for now- I have another cell provider for service but after working with the two ladies the other night, I plan on switching my older kids over to boost. The coverage is good for what they need, the pricing is way better- theyre local and it's nice to have worked with someone who was so thorough and just a walk away.
