The Green Room Organic Salon — Local services in Lancaster

I usually don't write reviews but because of how well they handled a mistake on their part I feel that it is necessary. I was looking for a new salon and was hoping to find a place that had more natural products which is why I was drawn to this particular salon, that and the great reviews. I asked for a cut and balayage, and that is not what I got. I called the manager and sent her pictures. She was apologetic and offered multiples ways to make it right. I decided to trust Courtney to fix my hair. She took her time when fixing it, explained everything she was doing and offered to do my hair a second time to make sure it was done correctly. People make mistakes, I understand this, but not every business handles their mistakes correctly. I feel that Courtney went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and the problem...

I absolutely adore Courtney at The Green Room Organic Salon. I started coming here for my cut/color a few months back and after a few sessions I must say it is really enjoyable to walk into a salon so cozy and comfortable.They've got wine/coffee/water on hand, beautiful artwork covering the walls, and not to mention an awesome music selection playing that makes you want to sit back, relax, and enjoy! The lack of "chemical smell" is also pretty incredible!

I started seeing Courtney when I wanted a pretty drastic color change. She talked me through the entire process and let me know what to expect. She really made me feel right at home!

Yesterday was the first time I've ever visited a hair salon. I was in search of something different and wanted to change my hairstyle. I walked into the Green Room and was greeted by Courtney and Emma. Both were preoccupied but went out of their way to set up an appointment for me. Emma was my stylist and as someone in the field of customer service myself, she was absolutely remarkable. Her professionalism, expertise and genuine personality made the experience amazing.
